Cooling tower fans run 24/7 in harsh, humid conditions. Blade degradation from UV exposure, chemical water treatment, and continuous vibration is the leading cause of cooling tower performance loss. Replacing worn blades restores airflow efficiency without the cost of a full fan assembly replacement. We supply Multi-Wing 4Z and 5Z series blades in all materials — standard PAG for general duty, PPG for aggressive water treatment chemicals, and aluminium for high-temperature applications. Blades are supplied uncut and can be trimmed to match your existing fan diameter.
